Pleasant experience. The staff is efficient and friendly. Wait time is very reasonable. the medical assistant makes me feel comfortable; she is patient; I didn't feel hurried. I feel like I am in good hands with Nurse Veronica. I feel comfortable with her. She listens and answer questions you may have.

As a young, up-to-date physician, he immediately flagged my high risk for placenta accreta due to my history of three C-sections and a life-threatening hemorrhage. The attendant who prints the exams to be performed must look for ways to help the patient attend future procedures with a more "good attitude and disposition", looking for ways to provide clear information to the patient. If we ask something, it's because we need to understand something better, and we want to leave there, confident, without a doubt, with the information of what we should do. The good attitude and interest are evident, regardless of any barrier (e.g. language).

Dr Patrich was amazing and answered all of my questions but the lady at front desk asked me personal questions in front of all of the patients in the waiting room and her insensitivity made me uncomfortable. I don't think it is appropriate to ask a patient if she needs an std test in front of other patients. I kept trying to speak and she kept talking over me and was very unprofessional.

The doctor was great! The office staff & how the practice is ran, is not so great. They need a call center to help answer in coming calls! I had to call 10 times before someone answered. I couldn’t leave a message because it was full.

Long waiting time! Scheduled for 9am appointment and wasn’t seen until an hour later!!! It seems tooo many appts are scheduled at the same time! Waiting was full when I arrived at 8:50am and more followed after I arrived!

I love the office and the staff everyone is super nice, I had this doctors for over 15 years and I won’t change him even thought I moved an hour away from the office.

Nicole Patrich is excellent. She listens, is caring and asks great questions. I will definitely recommend her. I can have a good conversation with her and not feel embarrassed. I have to say that I was offended and embarrassed with the questions on the form I filled out. what sex were you at time of birth? What is my sexual preference and how do I identify myself. I felt disgusted in having to answer those questions and left it blank. It’s sad.
