Today's visit was the usual. Customer Service was courteous, friendly and always have a smile. The wait time in the lobby was long but once you were called for service it went fast. Dr. Grabio makes you feel very comfortable, he's very patient and always answer all of my questions.

Dr. Grabois and his staff are always really nice and I always feel comfortable knowing I am in great hands. He always asks my questions and I never feel rushed or as if he didn't answer my questions to his best.

Love the calmness of the waiting area . Parking is difficult at times the access roads are blocked due to the chronic construction of hospital . Valet is available but if full you're in trouble . Love Dr. Grabois and his staff !!!
