Vivian made what is usually an unpleasant process one that was quick and painless. I love how she explains everything completely and addresses concerns she have. Also, I love how she always makes herself available for any questions outside of the visit.

Dr. Grabois is Great Dr. I've been going there over 13 years. He delivered 2 of my 3 children which were wonderful experiences. However the wait time in the loby prior to seing the Dr. Is very long. Sometimes I wait 2 hours before I'm called in. But I keep going back because he's an excellent Dr. & the staff there is friendly & knowledgeable. Most of the people that works there have been working there for many years. Which shows its a happy work place. Please try to fix the wait time not to exceed an hour. 4 stars only because of the wait time.
