Meet Dr. Allen Silanee

Dr. Allen Silanee, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists with more than two decades of distinguished clinical, surgical, and academic experience.

For nearly 20 years, he served as Chief OB/GYN Medical Officer at one of the nation’s highest- ranked federally qualified health centers for quality of care. In this role, he helped build and strengthen a thriving OB/GYN Residency Program, contributed extensively to hospital administrative leadership, and continues to mentor the next generation of physicians, residents, and nurse practitioners.

Dr. Silanee is a highly skilled robotic and minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon, having performed more than 300 robotic-assisted laparoscopic procedures. His expertise spans the full spectrum of women’s health—from in-office hysteroscopy and advanced management of abnormal uterine bleeding to comprehensive hormone therapy and menopausal care.

In addition to his clinical and surgical work, Dr. Silanee is deeply committed to academic medicine and research. He has been involved in multiple clinical studies and has served as a Principal Investigator on several research projects focused on advancing women’s health. His scholarly and research-driven approach informs his patient care, teaching, and national advocacy.
