I was referred to Dr. Lizarraga from my doctor following my pap. I was unaware that i needed to bring anything with me for my appointment. Not sure if it's my doctor's office responsibility or this offices responsibility to have let me know but my appointment took 2 hours due to this delay.
Also, it would be helpful to inform new patients that valet parking is reimbursed so that we don't have to pay for parking in the garage.
Also, there are many buildings on campus. This office is in building B. It would also have been helpful to note this.
