I personally get overwhelmed when asked about health questions that should be standard on my medical profile - especially historical data that goes back to 20 years ago of my life. Why have to reconfirm over again my personal medical data is something overwhelming and I prefer if the doctor does it herself as opposed to other medical staff. I want my data protected as is personal to me and would much rather confirm all of that either ahead of the visit thru a portal or in another format with less audience. Is just sometimes too overwhelming and not something I like to do unless is just with the doctor.
